From a small manufacturing facility with a hopper bottom grain trailer as its only product, Lode King has grown to become Western Canada’s largest highway transport trailer manufacturer. Trailer Assembly
Our assembly team follow blueprints to build metal trailers from prefabricated parts, including tasks such as: drilling, bolting, and riveting together metal sheeting, upright frames, bottom and top bars, using pneumatic and hydraulic hand tools and machines.
Responsibilities:
- Uses hand tools, power tools, equipment to assemble/fabricate parts according to specifications on flat deck and/or grain trailers
- Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
Qualifications:
- Must know how to read a tape measure and convert simple measurement
- Experience with hand and air/power tools
- Mechanical assembly and previous manufacturing experience as asset
- Self motivated and time managements skills
- Safety oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs work in a fast paced environment
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks, high physical activity
- Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately

Cleaner (Evening)
We are now accepting applications for a part-time Evening Cleaner. The hours for this position are from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Clean floors and rooms, including sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming, dusting
- Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and cleaning toilets and urinals
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform additional duties as needed
Desired Skills:
- Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for short periods of time
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate in English
