Production & CI Administration

The Production & CI Administration position is responsible for providing administrative and training support to production and the CI program. You will maintain a high level of customer service to the production and supervisory team. In addition, you must have time management skills with a high level of attention to detail. You must also be well versed in your communication skills and have the ability to work well within a team and liaise with all departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Administration and CI support to production managers and supervisors, including maintaining of the CI File system.
• Communicate with CI training members relating to CI program initiatives.
• Process and/or support various standard operating procedures (SOP) including maintaining SOP files/documentation.
• Actively facilitates training and problem-solving events; this includes presenting and speaking in front of groups of employees
• Assist facilitator in scheduling and organizing the CI Lunch and Learns (includes food ordering, training room preparation, supplies on hand, etc.)
• Perform administrative duties including data processing, photocopying, scanning, mailings and filing as required.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable with communicating with and in front of employees.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and MS Outlook knowledge is required.
• Previous CI and manufacturing experience would be considered an asset.
• Very process driven and detailed oriented
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• An energetic self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadline requirements.
